somedays are sortof like that

We were going to go to the park and maybe even watch a movie today, but those priveledges were lost because nobody could muster the strength to help without being under continuous threat. It would have been fun. We may have even taken the dog and gone to the river. It was not to be, I guess. We did however make it to the fairgrounds to sign up our mini gardens display at the fair. Poor Sarah thought she was going to show her goat and get a ribbon. She put her little 4H scarf on and everything. THAT was cute. It was also very cute when Rebekah wanted me not to go back to work after family prayers but to stay and tickle her and rock her like a baby some more.

Yesterday, I went down to Sac and picked up my ring. For the 2nd time! I originally sent it in to have three prongs replaced but then the diamond was crooked. The whole setting needed to be replaced in the end. While we were there, we couldn't resist stopping in at build a bear. We had promised the girls the chance to make their own stuffed animals because of all the work they did selling girl scout cookies. Sarah made a cat, Bekah made a bunny, and Sam made a bear. It was a great time. The girls both slept with their animals, Sarah slept with her box too!
